Messav Savunma shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential damages or loss of profits arising from the use or inability to use our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
The company's total liability in any claim related to these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services in question in the last 12 months.
